Refund policy

At Bellovas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Remain in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
  • Be returned with the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Bras and shapewear
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale merchandise
  • Products damaged due to improper use or washing

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • A brief explanation for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is caused by our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Bellovas is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.


Shipping Limitations

Please note:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Our Customer Support Team will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.

The business address displayed on our website is for business correspondence only and is not our return warehouse.

Please do not send returned merchandise to this address. Contact our support team first to receive return authorization and the correct return address.
