  • We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

United States

International Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 Business Days

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only. Unexpected delays caused by weather, customs clearance, carrier operations, or other factors beyond our control may occasionally occur.


Shipment Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 24–48 hours after the package has been scanned by the carrier.


Delivery Guidelines

To help ensure successful delivery, please note:

  • We currently do not deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping details cannot be modified once an order enters fulfillment.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Bellovas cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your shipment is lost or arrives with visible damage, please contact us as soon as possible.

To assist with your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product (if damaged)
  • Photos of the shipping carton and shipping label

We'll work with the shipping provider to investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.


Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
